I am a postdoctoral researcher at Ruhr Universität Bochum, working with Rebekah Overdorf in the Chair for Security and Privacy of Socio-technical Systems (SPICY). I work on misuse and harm prevention, primarily looking at evaluation of safety through threat modelling, usability of safety tools with HCI methods, and prototyping novel frameworks that design against adversarial scenarios. I have a strong focus on domestic abuse prevention from my PhD research, but aim to expand to interpersonal harms more generally.
I am genderfluid (they/she), and have previously published under variations of my name that I no longer use.
